The Role:

Here's where you come in - we're searching for a Practice Manager who's passionate, dedicated, and ready to make a significant impact. You'll be at the helm of ensuring our practice runs like a well-oiled machine, all while being an integral part of our tight-knit team of vets and nurses.

Who You Are:

·       Armed with a minimum of 5 years of vet nursing experience, you're well-versed in the field. Including a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and/or a BAppSc (Veterinary Technology) degree or equivalent.

·       A master of multitasking, organisation, and leading with a friendly touch.

·       Your exceptional communication skills and leadership experience set you apart.

·       We're all about moving forward - your knack for driving the business and implementing creative marketing initiatives is a valuable asset. You will collaborate with our creative marketing team to synergise strategies, messaging, and captivating promotional endeavours for the brand.

·       Showcase your adeptness in Vision VPM software, playing a pivotal role in its perpetual enhancement, precision, and harmonious integration across our operations.

·       You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations manager, helping streamline processes and elevate the overall efficiency of our thriving practice.
