• Armed with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a busy practice, you're a true pro.

• You thrive under pressure during busy surgery days and in emergency situations.
• Your knack for delivering consistently high-quality patient care shines even in bustling conditions.

Desirable Attributes:

Adept at providing outstanding customer service, from empathetic care for our gentle and caring clients to handling challenging situations. Skilled in building rapport, offering professional advice on animal care products (preventatives to nutrition), and providing post-surgery and general health care guidance. You will also possess a strong competency in pathology for accurate assessments as well as profound expertise in blood diagnostics across various diagnostic equipment including Abaxis Blood Machines.

Practice Manager

The Role:

Here's where you come in - we're searching for a Practice Manager who's passionate, dedicated, and ready to make a significant impact. You'll be at the helm of ensuring our practice runs like a well-oiled machine, all while being an integral part of our tight-knit team of vets and nurses.

Who You Are:

• Armed with a minimum of 5 years of vet nursing experience, you're well-versed in the field. Including a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and/or a BAppSc (Veterinary Technology) degree or equivalent.
• A master of multitasking, organisation, and leading with a friendly touch.
• Your exceptional communication skills and leadership experience set you apart.
• We're all about moving forward - your knack for driving the business and implementing creative marketing initiatives is a valuable asset. You will collaborate with our creative marketing team to synergise strategies, messaging, and captivating promotional endeavours for the brand.
• Showcase your adeptness in Vision VPM software, playing a pivotal role in its perpetual enhancement, precision, and harmonious integration across our operations.
• You’ll collaborate closely with the Operations manager, helping streamline processes and elevate the overall efficiency of our thriving practice.
